Students may practice a number of sports independently:

Badminton

• At COSEC: Monday from 12pm to 6 pm/Tuesday from 2 pm to 5 pm/Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm
• At the Sports Hall: Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm
• Access conditions: You must present your Pratique Libre (Independent Practice) card

Climbing

• At the Sports Hall (university artificial climbing structure)
• Time slot reserved for Bordeaux INP: Thursday from 2 pm to 5 pm
• Access conditions: You must present your Pratique Libre (Independent Practice) card
• Subject to availability

Weight Training

At COSEC:

• Monday from 9 am to 12 pm and 7 pm to 10 pm/ Tuesday from 2 pm to 5 pm and 8 pm to 10 pm/ Wednesday from 10 am to 12 pm (semester 2: from 8 am to 10 am), from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 8 pm to 10 pm/ Thursday from 6.30 pm to 10 pm/ Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm/ Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.
• You must present your Musculation (Weight Training) card to access the space

At ENSEIRB-MATMECA – Bordeaux INP :

• The room is located on the ground floor of Bordeaux INP (room PB10).
• Access conditions: Free access with your badge and you must provide a medical certificate attesting to your capacity to lift weights.
• Download registration form.
• You must bring your own towel in order to use the machines.

Swimming

• The university swimming pool is Olympic-sized (50m).
• It is located at 4 allée Pierre de Coubertin, in Talence. Tram B, "Doyen Brus".
• Opening hours: Monday from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 7.45 pm/ Tuesday from 8 am to 10 am and 2 pm to 6.45 pm/ Wednesday from 8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6.45 pm/ Thursday from 8 am to 10 am and from 2 pm to 6.45 pm/ Friday from 8 am to 6.45 pm/ Saturday from 9 am to 12.30 pm
• Access conditions: You must present your Pratique Libre (Independent Practice) card
• The university swimming pool regulations require swimmers to wear a swimming cap and a bathing suit (swimming briefs only for men- shorts are not allowed).

Squash

• Three squash courts located in the Sports Hall
• Access conditions: You must present your Pratique Libre (Independent Practice) card
• Booking: On site with the guardian or by phone 05 56 84 04 98.
